The staff is amazing and friendly and provided us everything needed and the food was yummy 😅 and the parking area is also good here I must say this place is heaven at this price point in Srinagar for travelers and you should also try once if you are planning a travel to Srinagar.

As per the price room is so expensive no tea untill 8:30 even they know we were leaving in the morning but they had excuses for not to give tea They should maintain the condition of the room and wash room

Poor Quality Rooms Poor Room service No Tea Till 8:30 am They have excuses for all of my problems We just wasted our Hard Earned Money, I will suggest you two book any other Hotel baaki aapki marzi kya karna hai

Well, my tour guide Abdulji took me here. The man at the reception was very kind. I had come for a 1 night stay only during the month of Ramadan. The boys who helped me for room service were really sweet and kind and very hospitable. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean too. An average hotel no perks. In the morning I got complimentary breakfast which was part of my package. I ordered omlette and alu paratha and chai. I also ordered Kahwa. It was a wonderful stay, didn't get much view, but it was nice.
